Feet, Hand and Head Reflexology

First, let me say, I love working with the feet, hands and head.

As you may be able to see, there is a map of the entire body on the feet (and hands, and even ears and teeth!). Our bodies are so amazing. So this means we can indirectly work with any part of the body from the feet and/or hands. And the work at the feet and/or hands and/or head, can relax the whole body, reducing the tension and strain that can be contributing to pain, stiffness and other discomforts.

And since I am almost 70 years old, this kind of work is more sustainable for me than full body massage.  Don’t get me wrong, I can give you a full body massage once in a while when it is needed.  And I find that working with the feet, hands and head is a more effective way to help with relaxation, rejuvenation and stabilization.  And then, if needed, we can also bring our awareness, attention and intention, to an area that is presenting some challenge for you, such as your shoulders and neck or lower back, either peripherally or with hands on touch in that area.

The beauty of the work with the hands, feet and head is it dovetails beautifully with the other modalities I enjoy providing:  Biodynamic Craniosacral, Somatic Experiencing, Singing Bowls, so you can have an Alchemical Alignment experience.  And the beauty of that is, that the sense of enjoyment I have can help your body begin to allow a bit of goodness in.
